Elio takes responsibility for the whole delivery: from needs and functional description, through electrical schematics, panel building, programming and sensors, to commissioning and follow-up. No coordinating between electrical, automation and IT – we keep track of everything and take responsibility for the whole.
Plug and play
Cabinets and control systems are built, programmed and tested before delivery, so the plant is ready to connect when it arrives.
Short time on site
With most of the work done and tested in advance, commissioning is faster and stops are shorter – also for retrofits.

Electrical schematics, functional description and as-built documentation are included, making service and expansion easy.

We understand how important ownership of the code is, and agree with each customer on how programs and documentation are owned and shared.
How we work
- Needs and functional description. We map what the plant should do and describe it in a functional description you will recognise.
- Design. Electrical schematics, panels and cabinets, choice of PLC, operator panel, sensors and network.
- Building and programming. Panel building, PLC programming, screens and SCADA – all from the same team.
- Testing before delivery. The plant is tested before it ships, often with a FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) together with you.
- Commissioning and training. We connect, commission and train the operators.
- Follow-up. Service, remote support and further development once the plant is in operation.

Example: ReWaste
For ReWaste, Elio delivered the whole package from one supplier: electrical and automation, sensors for pressure, flow and water quality, Ignition SCADA with an SQL database and servers, and network, Wi-Fi, cameras and access control – all connected and delivered as one solution.
Ready-made measurement cases
One example of a finished solution is our measurement cases: battery, sensor and GPS tracker in one rugged case that is placed straight out in the field. Readings of level, turbidity and more are sent over 4G/5G or LoRa to SCADA or a dedicated web portal in Azure. The cases are rented or bought, and usually put together for each customer.
